Shipping Policy

Fulfillment and Shipping

All of our products, including our stickers, are printed and shipped on demand through our trusted print-on-demand partner, Printify.
This means that when you place an order, it’s sent directly to Printify’s printing facilities for production and shipment.
Because of this process, we do not hold inventory of our products.

Shipping Times

Production times vary depending on the product and current order volume. Typically, production takes 2 to 7 business days.
Shipping times also vary based on the destination and Printify’s shipping options. 
Please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary.  
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on Printify’s shipping rates, which depend on the product, destination, and shipping method chosen. Shipping costs will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

Deliveries to certain countries might be liable for import duties and taxes upon arrival of the goods, according to their local laws. These costs are separate from those charged by the shop. We are not responsible for these costs.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment. In some cases, the tracking information will be available within your order details on our website.

Shipping Destinations

Shipping is available to most countries, except for North Korea, Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine.

Shipping Limitations

As we use a third-party print-on-demand service, we are unable to offer specific carrier choices (e.g., FedEx, UPS) or expedited shipping beyond what Printify provides. We do not offer local pickup for products fulfilled by Printify. Expedited shipping options are subject to Printify’s availability.

There may be temporary shipping restrictions affecting some shipping carriers used by our Print Providers. Deliveries to certain countries may be suspended or delayed. If you notice that your order has been delayed or suspended, please reach out to us.

Potential Delays

Please be aware that shipping delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs delays, or carrier issues. We are not responsible for delays caused by these factors. We will however, do our best to assist you in resolving any shipping related issues.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.  

Refunds, Returns and Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges are not supported if the wrong size or color was ordered. However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, a free reprint or a refund can be provided if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. There is no need to return the damaged product. A clear photo of any affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.

You will receive an email notifying you whether or not your request for a refund was approved. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Refunds are processed immediately. However, depending on the customer’s bank, it can take anywhere from 5 to 10 business days before they get their money back in their account. If you doesn’t see the refund after 10 business days and the original charge is still visible on your bank statement, you should contact your bank or credit card company for more information.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We may revise this Shop Policy at any time without notice. By continuing to use the Website after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised policy. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically for any changes.
