How are your physical items printed?
All of our physical products, including our stickers, are printed and shipped on demand through our trusted print-on-demand partner, Printify.
This means that when you place an order, it’s sent directly to Printify’s printing facilities for production and shipment. Because of this process, we do not hold inventory of our products.
How long does production take?
Production times for physical products vary depending on the product and current order volume. The production time may vary, but usually takes between 2-7 business days.
When can I expect my order?
Shipping times also vary based on your destination and Printify’s shipping options.ย
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary. ย
I’ve changed my mind, can I cancel my order?
Once an order has been processed, it will no longer be possible to cancel said order. Digital download files are usually processed immediately, while printed products are processed within 24 hours.
You can view the status of an order in the ‘Orders’ tab of your ‘My Account’ page. If an order has not yet been processed, you will see the option to cancel the order under ‘Actions.’
I’ve purchased a digital download. How will I receive my order?
When you purchase a digital download, the file becomes available for download after your payment has been processed on the checkout page.
Can I get a refund or return on my order?ย
Returns and exchanges are not supported if the wrong size or color was ordered. However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, a free reprint or a refund can be provided if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. There is no need to return the damaged product.
A clear photo of any affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.
Do you ship internationally?
Shipping is available to most countries, except for North Korea, Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine.
There may be temporary shipping restrictions affecting some shipping carriers used by our Print Providers. Deliveries to certain countries may be suspended or delayed. If you notice that your order has been delayed or suspended, please reach out to us.
